Can we bring our kids?

Of course! Danico is a family friendly place and we'd love to have your kids come along. We'll even have a booth selling lemonade! You still have to parent them, we are surrounded by busy streets, and children should be attended at all times.

Can we bring our dog?

Well behaved, leashed, and controlled dogs are welcome. Keep in mind we cannot allow dogs in the building per Denver health codes, so if it's a hot day you might want to leave them at home. If there are issues with your pet, we will ask you to remove them from the event. Please also remember that there will be many people, other dogs, and children around, so consider these factors when deciding if you're bringing your furry friends.

Can we buy tickets at the door?

Tickets will be available at the door only if not sold out in advance. The price will be higher at the door if tickets are still available.

What happens if it rains?

The event is rain or shine, and the long range weather forecast looks good.  If we get severe storms with lightning threatening we may ask guests to take shelter and will work with our brewery friends to extend the event as appropriate.

Can I attend if I don't plan to participate/drink?

We are happy to have the non-drinkers and designated drivers at the event.  We have some non-alcoholic options at the brewery too!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Ticket grants single entry to the event on August 16, 2025 only

• Tickets will only be honored for guests aged 21+

• Attendees need to provide acceptable proof of age (valid ID) at time of entry

• Ticket provides entry and tasting glass for one person per ticket

• Ticket applies to entrant only and may not be shared with another person or transferred after entry to the event

• Event is RAIN OR SHINE

• Ticket sales are final and are non-refundable once purchased except as required by applicable law

• Attendees consent to being photographed and/or video recorded for the purposes of future marketing and social media/website content

• If event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, attendees will have the option to received a refund of the ticket price excluding taxes and fees, or a ticket to the rescheduled event of equivalent value

• The following items are prohibited on site: Outside alcohol, hazardous materials, fireworks, chemicals, illegal drugs, glass bottles or containers, weapons and firearms, advertisements and advertising material, any other items determined by event organizers

• EVENT ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR UPDATE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND HANDLE ANY ISSUES ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing this ticket and entering the event premises, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Assumption of Risk: You understand that attendance at this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, loss or damage to property, and exposure to crowds, loud noises, and other potentially hazardous conditions. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, venue owners, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the event, regardless of whether such risks or injuries are caused by negligence or otherwise.

• Hold Harmless: You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss, regardless of whether such claims are based on negligence or otherwise. This includes claims arising from the acts or omissions of other attendees or third parties.

• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denver, Colorado.

• Severability: If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
